The Good Sleep formula is intended for use before bedtime (30-60 minutes). Plants have a relaxing effect and also support a healthy circadian rhythm. Although the product will NOT affect the driver, like most over-the-counter or prescription medications, if a person took the product, they would be more prone to drowsiness, decreased alertness and reaction speed. Vigilance is required when driving, so it is a contraindication to the intake of the supplement before driving.
